Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible purchases can generally be returned within 28 days, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

For voluntary returns, the customer is normally responsible for return postage, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances as explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply under UK law.

Rewards

Does BsBuy have a rewards program?

Yes. You'll find our rewards widget on every page of our site, so you can check your points and rewards without leaving your shopping experience.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend with us. Points are added to your account automatically once your order is placed.

What are my points worth?

500 points = £5 off a future order, redeemed in increments of 500 points. You can redeem your points for a reward voucher at any time through the rewards widget.

Are there any conditions on using a reward?

Yes. A reward voucher applies to your entire order and requires a minimum spend of £30. You need at least 500 points to redeem, and can redeem up to a maximum of 1,000 points (£10) per order. It can be combined with product discounts, but not with other discount codes.
